FEES

Rent Commission:

For rental transactions, we charge a commission of 10% of the total rental amount, which includes a 10% incl. VAT. The minimum commission for rentals is U$S 300 plus VAT.

Sales Commission:

For property sales, our commission is 4% of the sale price, which includes a tariff of 3.28% plus VAT.

Commission for Payments to Third Parties:

In cases where we handle payments to third parties on behalf of clients, such as utility bills (UTE, ANTEL), taxes, gardeners, and property management fees, we charge a commission of 10% plus VAT.

Valuations:

For property valuations, our fee is 0.5% of the property's value, also known as "Five per Thousand," plus VAT.

Deposits in Guarantee of Rentals:

Regarding rental deposits, tenants are required to provide a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount, with a minimum of U$S 400. Owners, on the other hand, are required to provide a deposit of 10% of the total rental amount, with a minimum of U$S 200.

Seasonal/Annual Commercial Premises Rental Commission:

For commercial premises rentals, whether on a seasonal or annual basis, we charge a commission of 10% of the total rental amount, including a 10% tariff incl. VAT. This tariff is commonly applied to commercial premises with annual contract renewals.
