When you actually come to Punta del Este is unimportant; your property will be always be prepared for you in advance, either to live in or in order to show it to potential sale or rental clients. Whilst you are abroad we will visit your property regularly and go through a check list covering any necessary repairs or maintenance. We document and inform owners immediately about any repairs which are required so as to limit any damages to a minimum. We ask for estimates for all repairs and solve any problems in a quick and flexible way.
LManaged properties are visited twice a week, and they are regularly aired and cleaned by our staff. We hire gardeners and contract for pool maintenance services, as required. We are connected to the alarm systems companies 24/24 hours, 365 days in the year.
Monthly statements of account are issued detailing all of the payments made on your behalf for services such as electricity, water and maintenance. All invoices are analyzed so as to detect any unusual or unexplained usage of the electricity and water supplies.
All managed properties are included in a priority list for renting out in the summer. They are published on our web site in three languages, and directed both to the regional market and those outside the zone.
We handle properties situated in the geographical area extending from Punta del Este to Punta Balleña, Jose Ignacio and Laguna Garzón.

TasacionesAs a member of the Association of Real Estate of Punta del Este, we are authorised to issue official valuations of properties for sale and rent.
These valuations can be presented at banks, official institutions or at court. Costs will be charged according to the scale of the Association of Real Estate in Punta del Este.
In order to carry out the valuation, we visit the property and assess it in the light of its geographical location and condition, using relevant property records including comparative sales data.
